Create WPA

Add Win Probability Added (WPA) calculations to Play-by-Play DataFrame This is only for D1 football

Usage

create_wpa_naive(df, wp_model, season = NULL)

wpa_calcs_naive(df)

Arguments

df

(data.frame required): Clean Play-by-Play data.frame with Expected Points Added (EPA) calculations

wp_model

(model default cfbfastR:wp_model): Win Probability (WP) Model

season

(numeric scalar, optional): Season of the game. The kickoff wp_before is scored as a touchback at the 25 (yards_to_goal 75) from 2012 and at the 20 (80) through 2011. NULL reads the frame's season column; with neither, 75 is used and a warning is given once per session.
